Do not blame coconut. Nobody proved coconut has cholestrol. All heated oil creates cholestrol including coconut oil.
drink 15ml coconut oil daily morning for 15 days and see the magic.. it will reduce to the correct level and never go up or down... you can stop drinking for 10 days and again continue another 15 days.. and go on
Rule 1: Keep walking. I avoid the elevator unless I am going to a floor higher than 4th. If any place is reachable within 30 minutes of walk, I walk. Rule 2: Throw the potato chips, coke (diet or otherwise) into dust-bin and don't buy any more of it Rule 3: Lots of vegetables and fruits Rule 4: Proper 7-8 hour sleep Rule 5: Enjoy life

The above are not medicines but foodstuff, some of which we already consume! For example Omega3 rich Fish Oil is found in oily fish like Sardines, Mackerel, Tuna, Seer Fish(Surmai), Black Pomfret, Salmon(Rawas), etc
Fenugreek (Methi) leaves are also consumed as sabji by many Garlic is a very commonly used thing in the Indian kitchen

Yeah, I agree. Calling them supplements is a misnomer unless they extract molecules from garlic, methi, etc to turn them into capsules and tell you to gulp them thrice a day! Most of the things mentioned in the article are a part of lifestyle changes only. To a great extent, they all get addressed in the Rule 3 above. In the veggies, I ensure to have some leaves (methi, palak etc) at least once a week. I am veg. so no fishes for me but thankfully there are many vegetarian alternatives available. What's important is to stay away from all the processed food and drinks.
