Well it is painful to carry body weight more than ideal. We land up in trouble with High blood pressure, sugar disease and most importantly breathing discomforts. Life span become short and burden some. I gain weight from ideal 72 to 88 kgs and became BP patient.Having series of problem due to body weight. My clinical analysis normal in all respect.I reduced weight with diet management by 5 kgs and started feeling commfortable. I am doing yoga, take fruit in the breafast, two chapaties and small amount of veg with salad in lunch and in the evening soup and one chapati. That is all to loose weight. Good luck to all.

calculate this ------ subtract 100 from your height(in cms.) e.g. if your height is 176 cms., then your ideal weight is 76 kgs.

Facts and points match what people losing weight go through

I think the sceptics will never agree with what this person has done. Reaching a particular limit is one thing. Maintaining it is another. I have myself gone from 141 to 87. But now have gone back to 118. I couldn't maintain my weight at 87 Kgs for more than 4 months. And mind you, the lady is right, it's more difficult to maintain that body weight when your body is usually used to higher weight. So when she says that keeping it at that level is amazing since she has managed to do it now for 3 years. That's the amazing part.

I dont personally appreciate this fat woman writing a book about losing weight, which in my opinion should be full of false claims. She herself would not have gone through such diets, yet she is claiming otherwise. If everyone who has lost weight writes a book, then there would be umpteen number of books. She has made use of her weight loss to make money by authoring a book, which celebs are endorsing.
