we all know this lady KP..and how she loves to be in news as her peers. Being owner of a media group she also has desires of stories being written about her. Surprisingly,,when did KP was so fat?...is this a drama...

although i do daily 6 kms walking and hardly eat 5 thin chapatis, tea spoon full of rice, one bowl dal, i am not able to reduce weight form 90 kgs; i m 52 years ols..when i was of the age 25, my weight was 58 kgs only..but good inspiration by K.P.

6 kms of walking means 200 kcal of energy or maybe even less,

when you were 25 you might be doing other activity now at 52 its not possible anymore, so start walking 15 kms a day in fresh air and on weekends do trekking to a nearby hill or temple

Who said south indian food are not good for health. It is full of healthy now people turned towards fried items there is the problem.
