1.Programming is very easy to learn,a person studying mechanical engineering for 4 yrs can start coding after learning that language for 4 months.Its no where related to what u studied in college 2.The clients are all business users who want the portal or process to cater to the business needs of their company.They dont care what way we coded unless it is working fine.So we present them using powerpoint slides not backend coding.Women are good in presentation 3.Men have analytical minds.They can type 1000 lines of code perfectly but most of them cannot create a presentable document explaining it.Clients are more interested in the document than the coding 4.You have to convince the clients that your team can provide better solution.Women are better in doing that than men. 5.College boys always speak in local language and girls speak in english.This gives girls more advantage in interviews. 6.Lastly,the HR is not recruiting you for ISRO or DRDO.Therefore,some of them tend to select good looking girls than talented people.
Girls,please dont deny the last point.I've seen many good looking girls being selected than the more talented but plain looking ones.

You dont know about women completely.Its always better to have a man as an interviewer than a woman.Because when a woman is at a position where she can determine the fate of a man..

Even Roadies Raghu is biased towards girls.. Personally, I think it depends who is hiring and for what position. Women are hired at places where Job hopping is more common coz women as compared to men changes Job less Frequently while men are hired where shifts or job description are highly demanding like Marketing, IT Hr is more comprised of females as it is genral understanding that Women are more compassionate and emapthical than men.
