Yes lot of female reach on top with sex or physical relationships with their bosses...... male can't do so.... also there are lot of male who have superiority complex & behave in wrong way with female at work that is wrong and we criticize it...... But what about first point which we have made that sexual favour. There are lot of woman on top who are not competent & eligible for jobs which they are handling :(

that is rare.Inferiority complex in men may make them to harrass women at work place.there is a point.All men are not strong or fair like you and me

Abey Ram Gopal Churan, stop acting as messiah of women. Always remember that every coin has every coin has it's 2 sides.
are plenty,and they take advantage of thier beauty and do immoral things with bosses to get pay hike,promo etc.Many also lose their purity to office staff,with their husbands boyfrnds not knowing abt it.
Sir..Why dont you say that the group is Tata Group. Atr least if they are wrong some where they will correct them selves and there will be an improvement.
