Good one man. Overall, if we are disciplined, we will have less disease. No need of too big lectures and articles....

It works.I tried his tips. they are working and not as difficult as you think. 1. Eating breakfast is not difficult ..is it? Eating salad with food is not difficult ..is it? 3.Choose fruit as a snack .. How difficult is this ? You just need to know that you love chocolate OK .. but do you love them more than yourself ?
Replace full-fat food and drinks with reduced-fat alternatives How difficult is this ?
Choose wholegrain foods instead of more refined foods Eat smaller serving sizes by using smaller plates and cups Eat slowly and stop when you are satisfied, not stuffed full Eat when you genuinely feel hungry, rather than for emotional or other reasons Swap sweetened drinks such as cordial, soft drink and juice with water ? This might be difficult for sugar addicts but once you know how bad refined sugar is for you ... you will follow this .
Eat your evening meals at a dinner table with the TV turned off. Is it difficult? seriously ?
And you will not find it difficult when I tell you the truth that I lost 5 KG in 45 days with this formula ( Don't overdo though .. do have some deviation days .. like once in a week or so when you break away from these rules )
And one more thing he forgot : Drink to Shrink . Drink 2-4 bottles in the first part of the day ( not in the second part of the day) . Drinking water makes you lose all the water you could have stored due to Water retention. Do count your calories also And the first week only when u lose a pound, you will agree

Eat smaller serving sizes by using smaller plates and cups A little difficult .. but not impossible. I doubt the credentials of this writer. S/he is talking non-sense. The myth of doing ab exercises to reduce belly fat has been busted. Exercises in general burn fats (period). The fats don't reduce based on the part of body you are exercising. The fats may reduce in any part of body in any order. You have no control on specifically reducing belly fats by doing exercises for your abs. In fact abs only strengthen the ab muscles. Does not have any effect on belly fats. For reducing fats, you need to do cardios.

I'm sorry I beg to differ. I have reduced my belly big time after doing crunches at home. It definitely works no doubt in that. I worked

I'm sorry I beg to differ. I have reduced my belly big time after doing crunches at home. It definitely works no doubt in that. I worked for about 3 months and I'm still doing it. I do it for max 10 mins a day and other simpler exercises just to keep my body flexible.
The article headline says how to reduce belly fats. If it was about reducing belly fats, how did reducing sodium intake to reduce water retention ever feature in this article? The retained water is not belly fat. It may give a bloated feeling to the person but definitely is not something that has anything to do with belly fats.
