The article headline says how to reduce belly fats. If it was about reducing belly fats, how did reducing sodium intake to reduce water retention ever feature in this article? The retained water is not belly fat. It may give a bloated feeling to the person but definitely is not something that has anything to do with belly fats.
ITS TRUE THAT IF YOU EXERCISE AND EAT IT CAUSES LESS WT INCREASE. IN FACT CYCLING ON ROAD REDUCES QUITE A GOOD AMOUNT OF WT WITH A LITTLE BIT OF EXTRA FOOD IF WE CAN AVOID. I AM SURE ONLY DIET CONTROL CAN NOT GIVE YOU GOOD WT LOSS.

Does it work for both man and woman? If not, then is "woman on top" beneficial for her?
