"Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured. And endure what cannot be cured." - B.K.S. Iyengar. I would strongly advise to make Yoga a part of your daily life ti overcome stress. Yoga benefits all three main aspects of life - the spirit, mind, and body. There are also some basic practical yoga benefits I should mention. Consider the simplicity and ease of yoga. It fits into your everyday life as easily as any basic workout program. And unlike many programs, you don't need any special equipment other than a spot on the floor, your mind, and your body. And while many exercises only benefit the body, yoga benefits the whole person. So get cracking straightaway.

Come on man, westerns are also following yoga...really we Indian's don't care about our heritage and keep on following bad habits of westerns...Don't look at yoga or sanskrit from u r dirty religious specs....There is pretty rich heritage in sanskrit but you want to learn French, German, Spannish and what not...Sanskrit and Yoga really do wonders if we teach these from an early age...
The above topic has not mention the main solution to deal with stress. An human being can handle all problems of him or her, provided he or she knows completly about himself or herself. One must know the art of knowing his or her every parts of his or her body, mind & soul. This he or she should gradually build over a period of time by analizing the art of yoga.Yoga is the best process to build confident of oneself.
