cultured women and uncultured female
by rukulkarni on Jun 15, 2011 09:24 AM

widely two groups forms our society
one is cultured and other is uncultured.
always rules or restrictions are for cultured and no one can rule uncultured.
like this cultured women never comprimise her safety and also carefull for her family.
uncultured female is only a female without family, she dont bouther about any restriction she is ready to wonder naked also
then why we should waste our valuable time on such uneducated uncultured females discssions
leave this subject and concentrate on your work
have a nice day
thank you

Being,Sluts, and,Slut,Parades are alien to Indian Culture
by TandaPaani on Jun 14, 2011 06:39 PM  | Hide replies

its less of dress code issue and more about morals, indecent dressing is just an aspect of morality, even the organization name slutwalkers is demeaning to women, i wouldnt use such a word in family and friends conversation, and here the ladies are proud enough to use a slur word, its not women empowerement but women degradation, women need to be women, a precious treasure to treasured. Instead of treasure if women become trash, then men need to ponder on what to do with trash...

by Bala krishna on Jun 14, 2011 06:26 PM

No Animal will behave like Human being if were yo be civilized Unfortunately we are not living in such a society is it not! If better Governance is in prevalent proper protection is ensured there by and women can enjoy full freedom.
Ultimately suffering rest's with women alone and to avoid it advise is not the infringement
hence reasonable in general.

Two issues here
by Stupid Idiot on Jun 14, 2011 10:05 AM  | Hide replies

1. Freedom. Yes ladies have freedom to wear whatever they want. No doubt about it. I support it. What they are wearing should not be an excuse to harass them.

BUT BUT BUT

2. This above point is understandable by cultured, educated, refined persons. You cannot expect this to be understood by lower strata people, who would even ogle at ladies in sleeveless suits.

Females have all the freedom, but use your freedom wisely, go to farmhouse parties, lounge, clubs, discs wearing what you want.. but please don't go wearing same stuff to other areas.

Rape or no rape. Men or women have to have a dress code because we are living in a society and we have to be considerate to other's feelings in public places. It is not our private space to ask somebody to mind their business. Women have the right to dress what they want but within the limits. Rights are not unfettered. The boundary is very much there. The rights of women should end where the rights of men begin. Rape, molestation etc are different issues. There is no justification for provocative dressing. Women should stop going over-board.

Educated or illiterated, man could become beast any moment. 95% of sexual assault on women are done by people well known to them and not strangers.

Maybe YOU can become a beast at any moment. Don't speak for every other man. This is the same mentality that the taliban have.

I can also say on top of my voice that I am a saint. Your true colour will be known only when you get an opportunity.

Blindly Follow the West
by Bilal shaikh on Jun 14, 2011 10:05 AM

It comes naturally to all Indians I suppose that whatever the West does is to be blindly followed... We are a country which houses almost 20% of world population and we have our own Identity about food and clothing. This identity is what makes us 'INDIAN'.But most of us are not really proud of what we are and what our culture stands for.A true Indian would be the one to walk on the streets of Delhi, each wearing the INDIAN Traditional wear rather then wearing skimpy dresses to protest for what ever they wanna protest.

Girls democracy

Dear Girls you mean Demo-cracy means YOUR DEMO-CRAZY. Just you all are crazy about giving demo of your body parts.Equality of men and women is in inventions, humanity, enterpreneurship, studies and even politics. Not just in showing body parts and inviting troubles. "If A MAN stays with many woman they call him romantic" but "If a woman stays with many man they call her bitch"
