Drinking alchohol at any age is wrong...why 25. I think they should make it 125. Even then make duties on alchohol at 5000% and make public names of people who have purchased alchohol and subject them to reformer course for every one bottle purchased
this is all drama. if any boy below 25 goes to any shop of wine,would shopkeeper denie no he would not denie. and which law and whose law ? laws make for break.

very true wine yards are controlled by congress and ncp MLA and ministers. entire population of maharashtra goes for hard drinks. Nobody drinks wine.
So what a idea : ban hard drinks, exempt wine for young tipplers. Initiate them into drinking wine so that the ministers can make profits.
This is also the reason they raised taxes in this fin year very very very high.
