my friend helth is god gift.otherwise all rich man looks hero.but its not true.example mukesh ambani.only eat two time proparly and be happy nothing more.and i can show you without sex power rich people who eat everyday this type of food.example karan johar.all urope eat this type of food but indians are look more younger than them.so its not necessary but alternatively.
drink 8 glasses of water a day drink 1 lemon sqweezed in glass of warm water add jagri of 1 tea spoon does wonders in our poor country.instead of caneberrys plums blue berries straw berries u can eat kissmiss(dryd grapes)anaar(pomegranet fruite) have all ways some aternatives.but in case of OLIVE OIL its cool for the body where as TIL KA TALE sesame oil is heat for the body as well as mastered oil too.Olives r vegies sesame & mastered r seeds.so vitamin is too much in OLIVES but in TIL & MASTERED U DONT FIND THAT MUCH %.HOW EVER ITS ALL OVER THE WORLD THEY USE WE INDIANS USE LESS.NO DOUBT WE R AWARE OF ITS BENIFITS VERY LATE SO WHATS WRONG IN CULTIVATING A GOOD HABIT.NEVER TOO LATE.
