It happened to me once. One of the superwisers told me that you can not be superwiser in this company 4ever you have to see another job. I have taken up a challenge for myself on the same day that I will be successful in this company. Within 3 months I became superwiser. Within 8 months I became a Manager Within 3 years I became the MD of the company. Traveled many countries as MD. Confidence will make a person successful. Commitment dedication sincerity all counts. In this real life you will find lots of negative people may be your own friends may be your own family. So dont care. Tell them shut up. Just keep on doing right things which you believe is right and don't listen what others say. More dedications and more commitments. Finally no one can stop you reaching your goal.

He may not know the spelling. But he was a 'wise' person. Later he became 'wiser'. Now he is the SuperWiser...lol

He seems to the MD of a company that has just two employees. He, I mean the MD and the old supervisor (superwiser?)

mendy supewiser sump is full in my house please come and clean.. i will make you MD of sandus company..LOL LOL hehehe
i liked his philosophy very much. he didn't wanted to prove his former manager wrong, but wanted to prove to himself that he was a capable individual. i think that had made the difference. if he had only worked to prove others wrong then he would never make it big.
i am sure his parents had given him great values and wish to see him pass it on to his offsprings. good luck ferose

He definetely would have wanted to prove his manager wrong. But a successful person wont show that off his face, but through his work. And this is what he has done.
The real bravery of a person is not fear of things that you normally fear at, but not to show that in your face.
It is indeed a creditable achievement and hats off to Feroze. It is due to his sheer hardwork and value system. I am bit puzzled by his statement that he believes only in huge breakthrough improvements and also that he would not take a U-turn so as to prevent chaos and mis-steps. At times, it may be difficult to match these! It has been an established principle that every organization has to systematically work both on incremental and breakthrough improvements and cannot solely rely on breakthrough improvements. In any case, success and fortune favors the brave.... Kudos to Feroze and Thanks to Rediff....!
Congratulations Mr.Ferose on your achievements and I wish you more success in your career.I find you approach problems with an open mind, confidence and with sincerity of purpose and it is no surprise you are in the winning streak always.I wish you all the best and you make your parents and the nation proud.Keep it up ! Cheers!!
Definitely the icon for every youth and source of inspiration. SAP Labs India has transformed to reach newer heights in his leadership and will surely be the leader in industry. cheers! Rachit SLI (05-10)

@Ganesh: You've shown the way you think by writing this comment. Gratitude can't be compared with money and it's better if you realize this right away!
Froze is definitely as exception. As it stands, 90% of those employed in the IT sector in india are certified misfits. It is no wonder therefore that India has never been on the forefront on IT innovations.
His every feeling of upbringing from parent's attitude to his analysis of soccer team is very very true & special. Rediff should provide more such value added articles.
