i am happy not only because hes the youngest MD, but i too once belonged to the labs family..one should definitely try to emulate him..but, as i had seen from close quarters, even sap labs is fully infested with bureaucracy wrt growth of an employee..it gives me pain to see managers and top officials giving preference to charming ladies and linguistic choices rather than based on performances..hope he address it soon...

it's very heartening to see a young go-getter but with a big heart. nowadays we see lots of young go-getters but the focus is only on the self and ego and its very inspiring to see a leader as Ferose.

whatever any person gets in his life is due to 90% hardwork and 10% luck.And if this 10% luck is not with you then your whole 90% work will get wasted.

We can't quantify luck in percentage..but yes I agree with ..all hardwork and no luck makes jack an unlucky man!!
