PD It means you got maximum marks in the exam ,it is right it shows how many people are behind you . so he has everyone behind him , his score which is maximum is given 100 and all others will be compared with him
It is typical Indian to be humble by saying a lie when u succeed. The year is 2010 and people are still afraid to tell they expected a rank and got it. Indian only rule saying lie is okay to be humble.

top people always try to do their best...having scores in mind will only give them pressure and make them not achieve it..
