VVS is definitely Very Very Special person. Despite being given a raw deal by BCCI from time to time, he's also been the Man Friday of Team India in many Test matches. Unlike his more fancied colleagues, he is content in his limited role and low-profile. Besides, as a person he has his priorities right, and can be a good role model for not only young cricketers but even others. Hope this ever-understated and under-rated player gets his dreams fulfilled as he's stated in his interview.

he cant play for records... it also requires talent... why sachin has only the records...just think once...!!
I cringe to see sc(u/a)m-bugs like sharad pawar kalmadi etc heading sports bodies. Hope honest people like laxman take over sports authority positions from these lowly-burdens on the face of the earth.
