there must be reservation for poor irrespective of religion,caste,but expect govt. dont reduce age limit here by 1o years,as established rich people never help poor talented people form their own caste and religions is human obervations.
There is no need to have a new law for non-penetrative sex. In fact what is needed is proper use of teh existing laws. If we have this law passed ultimately, it will naturally encourage 12-year olds to try and they may end up doing what then may be illegal because 12 year olds can not control their emotions and can not differentiate between right or wrong

see this lawyer defining new clause,what is penetrative,non penetrative?,observation panel is needed for such laws? all mockery of laws by babus and politicians from all main parties in india.only educated in such things or rangeen film makings??,hahaha,jai ho democracy ka.
Vehamently oppose this bill, now the good for nothing corrupt to the core governement not only want to amass wealth, and drain the nation's economy but also want to bankrupt the morale of the people, this is giving licence to the otherwise innocent child, 12 years is atrocious, if the bill is for 18 years then it would make a small sense, however in the first instance why this bill at all....
