some where i read ,a average teacher tells, good teacher - teaches, a good teacher - explains ,wheras a great teacher keeps his ideal in front of the student and make a perfect person ,a nation builder , this advise always given to me by My great teacher Mr Kishor sawarkar ,when i was studying at my place. Really he is an epitome of a Teacher, a real requirement for a society.

I once hit my lecturer from back bench mischevously with a chalk peice for not understanding his way of short cut teaching of maths in class XI. Now I undertstand what a foolish student I was and I really appologize for that act.
Way back in 1995,my tuition teacher KR Krishnamurthy from Vijaynagar, Blore had told this --A teacher's knowledge is like a waterfall. The student is like a pot. Some students with great urge for knowledge bring huge vessels and fill up to the maximum. Some bring only small cups. But waterfall remains the same to everyone.
He was insisting that we should make the most use of taecher in life
The best advice I got was from my Research Supervisor, late Prof.S.V.J.Lakshman. He used to say "Never postpone a thing which you can perform today and which is possible". I am still following his golden words and I succeeded in my life. I owe my position as another teacher only due to his words. In my opinion, a teacher should come to the level of the student while teaching so that there will be a direct communication between the teacher and the taught. A real teacher should always encourage the students and bring out the hidden talents. In my personal experience as a pedagogy, 99% of the students are good and given a chance, they will excel in studies. What they require is proper encouragement and motivation. A real teacher is always rememberred and respected by his wards.
