70% of our body is water. We loose water whenever we start exercising. We cannot loose bone weight and it is not easy to burn the muscles. After you loose water and glucose comes fat burning. It is not easy to burn fat. Most of the people who do exercise only loose water and glucose and not the fat.

dont joke. what you are saying is for people doing dieting only (notfor people who exercise). people who exercise do lose body fat

Only lazy people go and sit before Babas. They never do any yoga but chat & yawn when Baba speaks. Do regular walking & eat good food. Don't believe in those fake Babas and lose your money on them.

People are very aggressive about Anna's protest and showing their Big YES to Anna and Team . But I think it's predefined act which will end with Rahul Gandhi's intervene.It's stunt show from congress only to create a stage for Rahul to enter in to full time politics.
