If losing weight was so simple, people like me (obesity specialists who advise on weight loss) would have gone jobless long ago. The article is too simplistic to digest.

yes of course. I too have a bicycle. :) Thanks for sharing. people look at me like I am some alien when I cycle my way to office on some days. But I am sure some day they will realize.

@ Gargi..) a)I used to F@rt a lot when i walk ... b) it adds to pollution and c) is very unpleasent also.LOL....
Anna hazare is fat .. thats how he is continuing his fast into 8th day.
if you are thin and enter fast, you will be dead in one day ..
these fking misleading messages about weight loss are fraud. Eat what you want to eat. But eat in moderation - sweets, non-veg, oil, paneer whatever ..
But you must eat in moderation.
One thing to avoid is CHIPS - avoid salted wafers completely. Avoid Cola drinks complelely .. you will be fine.
dinner evening time at 6 pm take light food, then you can take only in the next day morning at eight o'clock breakfast,eat 3/4 of what you normally take, now reduce , then lunch 1/2 of what you take upto now, evening very very light, in 100 days you will loose your weight nearly 30%
