If losing weight was so simple, people like me (obesity specialists who advise on weight loss) would have gone jobless long ago. The article is too simplistic to digest.

Join Anna in fasting and you can easily lose 1 kg per day and that too for some good cause.

And do not use your car or bike for short distances.. WALK..

(a) Walking is healthy

(b) It reduces pollution

(c) Its very plesant

For short distances, even cycling is good...I have been doing this and is of great help.

yes of course. I too have a bicycle. :) Thanks for sharing. people look at me like I am some alien when I cycle my way to office on some days. But I am sure some day they will realize.

All these so called HEALTHY DIETS are fraud ..

Eat whatever you want and eat in moderation. Our bodies are capable of taking care of their own.

One thing why our parents and grand parents are healthy is because they maintained time.

Eat Brakfast at 8 AM .. Eat lunch at 1 PM.. Have supper at 7 PM..

Maintain that timing.. and if you sleep well..

No need of these FRAUD dietitians. You will be very healthy and very happy.

But eat in moderation. Do not over eat.

Remember Half your stomach for food, One quarter for water and rest for air. Thats what AYURVEDA SAYS.

People lived healthy for centuries even before these vitamins were invented..

NEVER EVER spend a rupee on these fad diets.. they are all fraud.

Why lose weight ?

Anna hazare is fat .. thats how he is continuing his fast into 8th day.

if you are thin and enter fast, you will be dead in one day ..

these fking misleading messages about weight loss are fraud. Eat what you want to eat. But eat in moderation - sweets, non-veg, oil, paneer whatever ..

But you must eat in moderation.

One thing to avoid is CHIPS - avoid salted wafers completely. Avoid Cola drinks complelely .. you will be fine.

No need to go eat like a cow.. lol. grass etc.

dinner evening time at 6 pm take light food, then you can take only in the next day morning at eight o'clock breakfast,eat 3/4 of what you normally take, now reduce , then lunch 1/2 of what you take upto now, evening very very light, in 100 days you will loose your weight nearly 30%

but before that, you will faint on 10th day .....

Dieting is not about eating less. Its about eating the right food, at the right time ....

I guess, you dont have a clue on this.....
