In a recent study it is proven that Maharastra contributes 86% of this country’s economy directly or indirectly which is huge in any terms, This state can change the face of the country if we kick out all immigrants out of Maharastra who have spoiled this state, all this biharis, north Indians should be kicked out who are ready to work like slaves in our state. I urge this country to nominate Mumbai as the new capital of this country and make a Maharastrian like Mr.Sharad Pawar the prime minister of the country. Yes. Maharashtrians are just like Kannadigas. Do not want to come out of Pune. Tamilians are the bosses in Mumbai and Maharashtrians are their servants.
The Shindes, Bhosales, Sawants are servants of Tamilians and people from other states' Bosses.
What a thing to Laugh. Bhosales are servants of People from other states but they pride in being from the clan of Shivaji Maharaj.
What Shivaji Maharaj did was outstanding - but what have you as descendents done?

First you learn to shout Jai Hind not Jai Maharastra. I agree that Mumbai is financial capital of India, that all. Other than Mumbai, Maharstra has got nothing. But Mumbai was not built by Maharstrians only.... If you leave Mumabi, what else you have. Even Pune lacks culture, no good colleges for education, health care is poor etc.

My friend, cheats and patriots are there everywhere, you have named Suresh Kalmadi and Sarad Pawar, but the same soil has gifted us Savarkar, Tilka, Chafekar etc... but my observation is that Marathi Manush should feel that this country is node built by them only and Nationalism should take priority over regionalism
How can the reporter doesn't consider Science College under Kolkata University and Presidency College. Science college are famous for stalwarts' and their reaserch like Dr. Satyan Bose, Dr. N N Banerjee, Dr. ( Mrs.)Ashima Chatterjee etc. I feel lack of Knowledge of Science and its' field is reflected about the reporter who compiled this article.

unfortunately, this survey features colleges based on their present performance...not on the popularity of their alumni...sorry..
In the slides they are showing the Science colleges and when you submit the polls for the best colleges this shows the IIT & all which are not mentioned at all. Rediff you should be at least looking in to content before doing ctrl c ctrl v from other website
My alma mater Bradford Univ School of Management,UK from where i did my MBA is the best in the world...IIMs,IIts cannot match quality British Institutions...All Indian instt are media hype and nothing else bcoz of poor course,bad teachers,poor students,worst infra and lot more
