Forget what he charged whom, but how many people would do what he has done, giving motivational speeches, it may not matter to all, but some are benefited and that is all that matters, even if there are 100 million sandeep maheshwari's, there will be still people to talk about what they did not do, while these people like sandeep maheshwari continue to silently motivate more and more people.
Mr. Maheshwari...if you read this... dont you think that you have annual turnover in crores, but models are getting pennies when they work for your company and they deserve a fair deal ?( like some percentage of profit from the picture sold ), as it is a team effort. And some new company could actually offer that as a competition.
This man has what it takes!! put ke paaw palne me dikhte hain!! most successful men like Bill and Warren showed such entrepreneurial skills at small ages!

I mean the guy indeed makes lot of money but What is creative in this? It is a copy of a proven business model i.e Getty's images, AFP images etc. Creative award should go to people like that guy who created a Matka cooler and it is proven that it preserves vegetable and food item etc.(though not as long as an electric cooling system) but it serves the purpose and eco friendly

Even I thought the same thing but after having a look at his website, I was completely taken aback. The example you gave of 'Matka Cooler' is far more easy as the guy has to create just one product, i.e.'Matka Cooler'. But every single image on his site is far more complex to create. I work for an ad agency so I know how difficult it is to get that 'ONE' perfect shot. And he has created lakhs of such shots.
