nice article...and i appreciate the determination to do something big, even after trying so many times, not so successfully. But can you remove the reference of giving a bike/moped to a 13 yr old? its illegal, harmful for road users and sets a bad example. The article could easily do without it.

True and i appreciate that. But when a 13 yr old is driving on a road, he is not only 'risking' his life, but that of other road users too. There is a reason why laws are made.
