Just because sex sells, do you stoop low to prefix every thing - from yoga through tradition with sex. There are limits of decency.
At least validate your claims before jumping here and publishing these articles. They are not only damaging but some time can insult people who practice with whole bigheartedness and earnestness for decades.
If any thing , yoga is a path to help liberate the soul and make the human virtuous and worthy living.
Its not some viagra or testosteron boosting exercise. Please maintain restraint and validate prior to posting such garbage.
Youngsters read this and form an opinion.
Freedom of press is good. But such freedom must be accompanied by validation , rationalism and responsibility. Its not a one way street and not a right. Its a responsibility given by citizens. Exercise it with caution.
Do not bstardize some thing as precious as Yoga with your semi crack and wothless theories. Yoga is not a panacea - from sex life to memory power.
Yoga is about aligning oneself with nature and cosmos. Its not about pelvic thrusts and bends. neither is it about intertwining hands and legs painfully.

they, like the inverted poses, fight gravity, create an opposite flow of blood that services circulatory routes in our face and head and even the torso, that are neglected due to the drag of gravity.
