Women are the worst boss. Becuz they always try to b bossy. Hazards of having women boss - u'll never be appreciated for any task - no promotion - worst yearly appraisals - idotic decisions r on u - commit unreasonably to client and then become Salman Khan of wanted for u - u r gud as long as u come before and leave after her - try to proove better then other women - u'll get heat based on her daily mood - those monthly days are worst for u - never answer or attends ur phone calls - ask u to fixup meeting even sitting next to u - dont dare to walkin her cubical if not asked for - dont talk to fellow members when she is around - dont smile uneccessary,,else explain the reason - never comment on her dress. it may b a gift from her inlaws which she hate to wear - u r not allowed to speak until asked for and list goes on and on and on...
After travelling in Delhi Metro I have found ladies specially the young girls are a hell lot selfish. If a Girl is sitting on a Ladies Seat , and a Lady with an Infant comes into the Coach , I have never seen a Sitting Girl offering her seat to the needed Lady with an Infant. Its always men who offer seat to such needy persons. But when these young girls come into the coach and do not get seat the look at all the men in the coach with a sense of begging for seat! How Unfare.
A simple case. When a girl slaps a man, the general notion is, the guy must have done something wrong. But when a guy slaps a girl, even though for genuine reasons, the general notion is what?.. how insane is the guy!!.. And why?... coz she is a girl. Girls neednt always be right and Boys wrong. Yes the society has been male dominated. But women are given chances today. Men and women are equal and stuff. But sadly there is always more that women want out of equality.. be it the typical guy proposing first, showing etiquettes for asking a girl out..etc etc.. Grow up girls. We hardly have problems with stuff. When girls are dominated, they are meek and gentle. When given power to dominate.. there is no end to it. The buck stops nowhere
Women alway try and manupilate men for everything they want.They always cry for reservation but backout when it comes to shouldering equal responsibility. All the laws are so heavily loaded against men that vindictive women often use them. I have seen girls abuse aloud in public but when a guy says something they say "dont u know how to speak to women".

women argue to their best..for them ego comes first then fact. i have few women in my office who can go to a level which, even a lofar would think twice..they can hurt anyone and they love people who butter their ego often..im not saying all women are like this but 40% are like this be at home or work they screw men's happiness..

There is nothing to learn in this. We are seeing a shift in the social structure. If women need equality, then they should be given opportunity everywhere. How about making it compulsory that half of the troops deployed in the border should be women? Or may be in warships and submarines? Even if you are given this opportunity, you would back off. Further, if girls outshine in CBSE Board, then why don't they outshine boys in entrance examinations? Why is it that most students in IITs are male? Is it because of lack of opportunity to women? I don't think so.

I agree, that some community does not allow women to study, but they don't take away any freedom...at the same time not more then 30% women may be facing this situation in the country at present...You have to be strong...womens have been in news since the time of Meera bai...study her profile...So, don't give useless excuses...

No parents in the world come in the way of girl to go to IIT...I have two sisters, both IITan's but they understand their responsibitlity, did job for 5 years, but since had 2 childrens, they both take care of them at home and give her best to them...It's not always that you have to go out of house for raising yourself, but you have to support your family in every sense..that's the major part of women...

Yes, women are harder than men. Even a house-wife walks for 7-8 kms. a day within the house for doing all the household works from kitchen, bedroom, varandah, toilet, bathroom etc.

I agree in CBSE gals do well,afer that they can't compete with boys when it comes to IQ.The IIT entrance exam/any other 'competitive' exam is no CBSE exam where you mug and get marks.That's is where it matters the most,and they fail to compete..not becoz of marriage and family pressure.

Here, I shall tell a beautiful & a respectful story for women : "Once a man prays God that he is tired of doing the job for the last 30 yrs and her wife, being unemployed, she is doing nothing at home. So, he asked the God to change their genders from the next day onwards and he(she) will be at home and she(he) will go to office. God agreed. So on the next day morning, the old 'he' became a new 'she' and vice versa. The new 'he' goes to the office. The new 'she' starts working at home - getting herself afresh, sweeping, keep the bedding proper, cleaning utensils, breakfast preparation for children & 'husband', sending them to school/office, washing clothes, drying them up, ironing, taking her lunch, attending Mahila Mandal Meeting, bank, elct. & phone bill payment, returns home, receives 'her' children from school, feeds them, helps in doing their homeworks, sends for tution, receives them & her 'husband' and preparation of dinner, having family meals, keeping the bed ready for sleeping, watching TV news with family and lastly, sleeping.--On the next day, 'she' (the old 'he') again prays the God, I am tired with my yesterday's jobs. U pls. again give me the old gender, ie., I want to become male and go to office as usual as that work is easier than the household works. Then the God said, "No, I can't. You cant say stories to back up a fact yaar. Girls getting pregnant wasnt a human idea. God made it that way and if u do belive god then u should atleast understand the fact that God dint try to make the woman work hard or the man to work less. He obviously made man and woman according to HIS law of nature. Woman tend to crib about life being hard, but men dont. man might give up but will never keep advertising his plight. Again i say what i posted before.. When men dominate women, woman are meek and gentle, but when woman dominate, there is never an end to their wants and necessities. Besides, do u know that most men resort to illegal means to earn money just to satisfy or keep their woman happy? Now u cant deny that, its a proven fact!!

Correct. It doesnt and shouldnt matter what is written or preached by any religion or person. We all should achieve the wisdom to judge right and wrong. Blindly following something will never yield any good. Its written that women perform second role doesnt mean they are inferior or something. We are all educated and know whats good for everyone. Dont push ourselves back.
Women themselves think - being woman is inferior to man. They want equal treatment - but equal treatment by means of extra facilities everywhere they go. They have to believe that they cant do everything a man can and same with men. This complex should be tackled first then these kinds of after reactions will subside.
