10am - wake up 11am - reach office, tea with lots of sugar and milk 12pm - coffee with lots of cream and sugar (ensure you skip breakfast) 1pm - Light meals (preferabaly rice over chappatis) 2pm - some junk food like milk chocholates ( served at your cublicle as a part of b'day celebrations of your colleagues ) 4pm - Heavy snack like samosas, aloo sandwich, follwed by a mango milk shake 5pm - its time for a b'day cake and pespi can 7pm - wind up the day with a refreshing coffee (needless to say, lots of cream and sugar) 8pm - wait for the free dinner provided for late stayers .....and ensure you grap something grt like KFC, Mcdonalds, or Dominos 10pm - Take the company cab, to avoid walking ....have a glass of alchohol 12am - go to sleep
Things to avoid:
1. Using staircases at office 2. Bending your back unnecessarily 3. walking 4. Excercises (that should be the last thing in your mind)
Things to Consume:
1. Any junk food with an international brand. 2. Sugar 3. Oil 4. Salt and Chilli
Note: Follow this sincerely for 30 days and you will see that you put on atleast 10 kg ..

you must have taken lot of time to write this, but the real problem with thin people is they cannot eat a lot, and even if they eat they dont get fat. and Fat people they cant stop eating , and even if they they dont see results.
So only way is slow and steady, with some activity for the body, this should help in both cases

hey dats a gud 1, for a change saw a diet to increase weight rather than reducing!
Every time an article like this says don't eat more carbohydrates, eat more proteins and more fiber. However none ever say what is the food that contains more carbs and less calories what food is to be avoided and what is to be taken. Please specify exactly what food is to be taken
1 gm fat = 9kcal 3kg fat = 27000Kcal So to lose 3 kgs a month, one has to create a deficit of 900Kcal per day. Let 500 KCal be reduce from your food but at no point it should fall below 1200 for women and 1500 Kcal for men per day. Calories can be reduced by reducing intake of oil, sugar, White bread, any simple carbs, junk food...
for remaining 400 Kcals, brisk walk for 40 mins, or run for 30 mins or stairs/swimming/skipping for 25 mins

crap. with 1500K per day you would target milligrams of weight loss! The BMR of most indian software guys now is around 1250-1300. They never move so max calories they need is 1700 per day. Friends keep this in mind. You need to hit 1000 calorie diet with just 40gms of carb a day to start buring those fat. Else you dont lose fat. That is all. I know the author of article is agaiinst cutting carbs. Fact is proven that you should cut carbs to activate the fat burning mechanism.
