I am in this industry for almost 8 years and worked for both MNCs ( Indian And American). What i observed is non-Indian MNCs are far better than their Indian Counterparts by provideing better work culture that Indian. While Indian MNCs are busy counting on the profits they make ignoring thier employees.
Why the hell some one wants to work for a particular company in such a competitive environment, and why the hell wipro? the reason to work for any company shud be everything other than the company brand, companies name in the market, its size, its revenue etc. the reasons shud be more self centric, e.g. wht will I gain if I work for XYZ company, whts the career, wht kind of work I am gonna get, and most imp wht kind of money I am gonna get, whts my future prospect, I have workd for 5 companies in the span of 15 years and I have found out the start up level companies provide you with a good work and good salary, all the big companies give u same salary but work is very bad, there is never job satisfaction

I fully agree!!! Tamils are a big gutter in India... If they stop doing regionalism, the entire Tamil community will be washed out in few days...

These critizations on tamilians are expressed out of Shear-Jealousy; because they are more intellectual, ompetent and sincere on any profession they belong. Try to learn the good things from them ang grow your self.

Tamils are little crazy for tamil society, but nobody knows why they feels very unsecure in India. I have met many tamils who does not beleive in regionalism.
I DO NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT IT COMPANIES BUT I VERY MUCH KNOW THAT INFOSYS HAS RISEN TO THIS HEIGHT FROM ZERO AND THAT TOO WITHOUT CORRUPTION !!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Joke. Hiring in IT and Corruption are sides of the same coin. Infosys is not different from its brothern. I know a few people who are duds of the nth order and are currently placed in infosys. Guess how it happened. Yes that's right. paymentthru backdoor.
