Exercise: How to motivate yourself

Today everybody is behind money. They go to gym to build body and earn money.

Nobody wants to walk anywhere, just want some vehicle to go where they want. People have become accustomed to being lazy and going for exercise when some disease strikes.

Only walking daily is sufficient to bring down most of the diseases that we have today.

People have become so lazy that I have observed them using lift to go to the first or second floor of a building.I personally feel young people should exercise daily for atleast 40-45min.They should stop giving excuses that they dont have time because in 24hrs alloting 40-45min for exercise is not big deal.Walking is recommended for middle aged and old aged people.

even 10-15 min exercise is good for health.
