People have become so lazy that I have observed them using lift to go to the first or second floor of a building.I personally feel young people should exercise daily for atleast 40-45min.They should stop giving excuses that they dont have time because in 24hrs alloting 40-45min for exercise is not big deal.Walking is recommended for middle aged and old aged people.
