good article ,but all these hi-fi gym charge exorbitantly,, some simple rule to stay fit is one can walk for 30 - 60 min or jog daily for 15-20 min, climb a hill or stairs of building from ground level to top floor alternate days /week, add pranayam and 1 day in a week just relax for few minutes by closing your eyes and making mind blank and concentrate on your breathing ....It helps to de-stress..

you are right. Just exercise for vigourous breathing which will burn calories. Add pranayam to be fit. They help a lot.

abs agreed with parag. the walk shud b brisk. further, instead of going for hifi gym, one can also try equipment less exercise like suryanamaskar, aerobiks, etc.
