Doesn''t she deserve special rewards from the govt
by Ginjinder Lamba on Mar 15, 2010 01:05 PM

Whats pathetic about our country is the way we treat the persons who have created a niche in the world for Indian personalities. Her unceremonious exit from the department she nurtured through the years is a piece of shame. The govt should have recognized her services and gave her due credit for her achievements.

Kiran Bedi
by Bidul Kumar on Mar 15, 2010 12:53 PM  | Hide replies

She came from a well to do family, she became an IPS Officer. Good enough but what is it that she excelled in?
To name just a few....
1. She created hype about her achievements. The Police Service is known to be one of the most corrupt service in the country. Kiran Bedi has come and gone but the corrupt service survives.
2, She is credited with making efforts for bettering Tihar jail. Again the systemic failures are right there for everyone to see.
3. She used the loopholes in the system to get admission for her daughter in the Medical College.

Tell us something about someone who achieved greatness in adverse conditions.

Trehan, just because you abuse me does not make me what you want me to be. If you have any, please give us a reason for defending Ms Bedi or is it just a case of defence because she is your aunt?
