FESTIVES
by A B on Mar 16, 2010 09:48 AM

MANY INDIAN FESTIVALS ARE CELEBRATED IN MANY LANGUAGE. THE CORE NAME OF CELEBRATION REMAINS HINDUISM. ALL THE OTHER RELIGION HAVE A DATE OF BIRTH, WHEREAS HINDUISM DOESNT HAVE ANY. THIS IS BECAUSE.THE FIRST MOTHER DOES NOT HAVE BIRTH OR DEATH.THOSE WHO PHILOSOPHIES VANISH OVER A PERIOD OF TIME HAVE BIRTH DATE.

A very happy Ugadi to my fellow brothers and sisters...may this new year bring peace ,prosperity, happiness and strenghth to deal with any unexpected unpleasantness...like how we kannadigas say bevu bella tindi volled matadi which translates as eat neem leaves and jaggery and talk good i.e have a positive outlook towards life but remember that life is not all smooth sailing but battling the occasional storm too
