Friendship
by Mohamed Salim on Aug 01, 2010 07:21 AM  | Hide replies

The characters in your story were selfish and career oriented. They were just past time friends, only for movies and dinner. True friends dont separate so easily. There is a bond more stronger than family bond. There is no selfish motto in friendhip. True friendship last til death do us apart.

Don't walk in front of me, I may not follow; Don't walk behind me, I may not lead; Walk beside me, and just be my friend.

Happy Friendship week .. First Week of August
by surya das on Aug 01, 2010 06:38 AM

Wish you all happy friendship week. A friends' need is friend indeed.

Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Others stay awhile, make footprints on our hearts and we are never, ever the same.

And, a True friend means : You May Be One Person To The World But You May Be The World To One Person.

Happy Frindship Week to you ALL.

I don't quite understand what the author is talking about. The title says one thing and the
subject talks about something else.

To each his own
by Anirban Sen on Aug 01, 2010 01:34 AM  | Hide replies

A good friendship lasts through time. I have friends scattered in 6 continents. We don't keep in touch really. Some are on social networking sites. Yet, others are in the same city. Each day is 24 hours. Life is short. Things to be achieved everyday. Its the same for all of us. But, that doesn't mean we can't start off from where we left ages ago. Just a few days ago, I happened to visit Pittsburgh and met up with a friend I had last seen in 1997. We had some great time, discussed the past and dreamed of a future and wished each other luck. No expectations of meeting everyday, and no frustrations.
Like love, friendship too need a certain degree of maturity and understanding.

foolish, rude, out of experience, selfish article
by gurinder singh on Jul 31, 2010 11:09 PM  | Hide replies

This is a lame article, an out come of the thoughts of a lazy person who does not really know what friendship is, who is reluctant to know where his friends are or what they are doing and when he meets them he is ashamed of what both of them have been doing. Friends remain friends where ever they are. You can relive the time you spent with your friends every time you meet them when you are grown up. Just don't be shy of saying a hello every now or then. It takes absolutely some thing else than what this article has described. There is nothing like "leaving your old friends behind". Either you have friends or you don't. If you are friends, you will be friends forever and if you don't see them now, that means you were never friends. Long live FRIENDS!!!
