Judges should grant instant divorce when either of the spouse approaches the Court. Because socioeconomic conditions and laws (498A, DVA etc) have changed now

Some divorce cases prolong upto 10 or even 20 years in the Court. Who will tie the bell to the cat.

P.O. our Judges have time to take up cases like strey Dogs in mumbai , when the will spare tiome for this ? and any progress on 26/11 ?
Think twice before marrying a Indian woman. If you disagree with her on any point there is potential for a false Domestic violence or 498A case. It is good to marry woman from some other underdeveloped country.

Spousal abuse is an instance of unequal abuse. Whenever a human being (or almost any living thing) finds another individual of much less strength, it gets a strong urge to abuse that individual.
It is natural instinct that only high education and awareness could partially overcome. Not everyone has that awareness and not all the time.
Solution is to bring up the girls to hit back, to train them right from birth to be fighters, and to equip them. Let some lawyer go on TV and explain the exact law of personal self defence, so that the girls know about when the law allows them to hit back and are mentally and physically ready to do that.

Woman in west are far better than Indian woman. Indian woman pretends to be innocent and backstabs men.
No person can physically, mentally abuse you either in your family or profession if you do not allow him too. The first time they try to do that take action and firm stand and no one will dare abuse you physically or mentally.
In college seniors wanted to rag me but i refused bluntly and they satyed away. But some classmates of mine willingly went and asked to be ragged or did not say no to raggers and hence encouraged them. So learn to say no in school, college, work place and home and see the difference of how the people treat you with respect and will not dare abuse you physically or mentally.
I guess Dimpy is taking all this because of family pressure and money and status. Many other girls in her place would not have taken this abuse from Rahul Mahajan.
Rahul is a rich man and was a divorcee. No girl who was never married will ever marry a divorcee without any oblique motive unless they have a long professional or friendly relationship. Dimpy married him for money and now she want to get out of it. It is high time Indian women are respected as Sita. Time has come that we should realize that there was only one Sita at the time of Ramayan at no woman in India ever took her place. Women is as criminal minded as shrewd as Men.
