normally I advise to avoid Indian restaurants like plague because of cheap oils, artificial red colors, etc. but this fellow is making genuine effort to present healthy version of Indian culinary by using real tomato not ketchup, papaya juice, less oil etc etc.
once Indian restaurants clean up their act they can be the best in the world
why did he not pay the indian cooks to give recipe? he is rich...but dosent want to pay indian.but ready to pay american landlord verrry high rents.usual indian mentality. wish success but should change
This is a lame article! There are so many other restaurants that provide better food AND have the rags-riches dimension to them. NOW, highlighting those restaurants would be real NEWS!

This is the second dhabbe wallah Rediff is featuring on its "news" page.
The first being Padma Shri Sardar Sant Singh Chatwala.
Also, there is a clear pattern in Rediff's recent reporting.
Apparently, Rediff staffers have a serious inferiority complex in being Indian.
They have to some how feature Indians who have gone to Amrika and made it big.
As if by reporting on these "success stories" they can keep their own suspended aspirations alive and convince themselves that they are also Amrika worthy!
