No artificial colors and no cream
by Dreamstogo Canadian on Jan 27, 2010 10:20 PM  | Hide replies

I am most delighted to know that you made the attempt to banish artificial food colouring and the heavy cream from the Indian cooking. This is commendable effort. Indian Restaurants in North America prepare most of their dishes in cream and give it red color. It may give a rich presentable look to food on a buffet table but just imagine how unhealthy it is!! And most of the Gora's here think that indian food means lots of oily stuff but this is so untrue.
Good luck.

Gora people really have Indian food to cure their constipation.

The spices in Indian food acts as herbal laxative and relieves their insides of the junk food gunk they collect in there.
