I am most delighted to know that you made the attempt to banish artificial food colouring and the heavy cream from the Indian cooking. This is commendable effort. Indian Restaurants in North America prepare most of their dishes in cream and give it red color. It may give a rich presentable look to food on a buffet table but just imagine how unhealthy it is!! And most of the Gora's here think that indian food means lots of oily stuff but this is so untrue. Good luck.

He has already learned it thru his struggles..By the way kerala food is full of oil and rich in fatty creams esp. the kerala porottas and beef fries r so fattening unlike Guarav who gives equal emphasis to taste as well health..At least, lets not discourage if nt encourage...
