He is naturally brilliant.Such cases need not be highlighted. It is those who failed despite efforts that need to be highlighted.

Boys who struggled but failed.Boys who fought adversities.Students who beat the odds and problems to succeed. That is the winning story.

Whatever we say, the boy deserves a pat on his back for his hardwork and determination. its not something everyone can achieve. its not just about marks it shows that the boy attained what he set out to, today its scoring marks, tommorow maybe an important target in a project, its his will that needs to be hailed. the marks need not be highlighted but the spirit behind it.eynz5

that 10th pass stuff is no longer true. His sons are Harvard educated MBAs.

Today to run a successful business, good education is needed. But yes your point is also valid - only education won't do.

The most important part is under stand ur Kid first, try to see the interpersonal skills in her/him, motivate her/him to learn new things, we should never ever try to compare them with any one, they must be confident & it'll only come when we try to hand-hold them, Dhirubhai's story is definately a inspiration, but first & foremost Dhirubhai had encashed his inner instincts to understand his strenghts & weaknesses very well, only than he decided to go ahead in life...!! He was the Best Sales Person, he would convince anybody very easily...this are skills, A skill is Individual's ability to translate knowledge into action !! Thats Skill !! Now the matter is Some one have it, some one Adopt it thru circumstances !!
