Yes Well said
Why to buy a Bullet if it doesn't have that legendary thumping sound from silencer.
The thunderbird has Aluminium engine and long silencer due to which the firing is like other 4 stroke bikes.
If you fit the short/bottleneck silencer to this Thunderbird then it will give the legendary thump

Hi guys, the place is same as it was a decade ago.........
by Sanjay Chadha on Jan 14, 2010 04:25 PM

In year 2000 I had to go on a official tour to Leh / Diskit / Hunder. Never had heard about the place. Air tickets as usual were not available. Kashmir was very disturbed because of terrorism. I took the map and saw the Manali Leh road, had never heard about it. No one had heard of High Altitude Sickness. So three idiots on a new brand Indica (first one to go to Leh) started early in the morning from Delhi, crossed Rohtang at 10 at night and landed in Pang in the afternoon next day with the check post gate closed. Had to spend that nigt in Pang and that miserable night I can never forget in my life. But I will also not forget that trip all my life. I plan to go this year on a bike, any one interested.....................

I had to go on a tour to Diskit / Hunder way back in year 2000. As usual Air Tickets were not available. So I took my new brand Indica and started for Leh and Diskit. No one had heard about this route in 2000. We had not heard of High Altitude Sicknes. So three idiots in an Indica sarted form Delhi in the morning, crossed Rohtang at 2200 Hrs at night and went on and on and on. We were stopped at Pang Checkpost the second day afternoon and were not allowed to go through. That miserable night in Pang I will never forget in my life. But guys there is nothing like this journey. Even today after ten years I cant forget it. Plan to do it again in 2010 on a bike. Any people wanting to come along???????.........
