The IT companies in India are just body shoppers. They search for customers who are stupid enough to hire them. Then they send their ill trained, ill equiped "so called" consultants who speak english with bihari or mallu accent. These consultants learn at the cost of customer's interest and if they find the going tough they quit the company and find another IT "Giant".

Kudos to Mr Pai
by axemanaxeman on Mar 02, 2010 08:06 AM  | Hide replies

Mr Pai has realized that he has to think Beyond the IIMs.(many other companies have started believing what IIPM has been saying all along).....he is welcome to visit IIPM where he will find hard working, down to earth students who can lead Infosys to greater glory in the international arena.

Pai was a Bank Manager from whom Infosys used to get Loans.

Later he joined Infosys in Finance Department.

Now, he calls himself Recruiter.

why is infosys, TCS and cos like that held is such high regard in India? they are essentially back office call centres! always providing FOR other (non-indian) companies, never running their own show.

"They forgot that the most important test for an MBA is the value he adds to the organisation and not the salary he earns."

"These IITians thought they could dictate terms to us "

"we prefer to come back empty-handed rather
than hire any riff-raff."

I think he talking right.
