This blog is an excellent source of information about keeping ourself fit with shape and healthy.Unbelievable workouts you’ll love to do.Let’s face it, once you get an idea in your head about exercising it’s a case of lets dive straight in, right? It’s down to the gym you go and enrolled you are. Although most gyms endeavour to do their best when ensuring the safety of their members, not always is this the case.I like the way ENRGFITNESS GYMS KILSYTH,MELBOURNE,asked these 5 women what motivates them, then asked them to make their goals and objectives.Well,We all know that in order to have a healthy development, they need to have regular exercises. Many of us promise at a certain point in life to get back into shape and start a new and efficient fitness routine. Here is the FITNESS GYM where i found my solution, Enrgfitness GYMS KILSYTH,MELBOURNE.

Good advice..Leg workouts boost ur testosterone level and compliment ur overall muscle growth. Most of the people are not interseted in spending a day in Gym for leg workouts. Change ur attitude and u will see a definite change

Great advice. I agree one must have a range of exercises to choose from. That ensures exercise to all muscle groups and, for those who are not truly motivated to exercise everyday, they add variety which relieves boredom arising from sameness. I am your admirer and wish you will bring out an exercise book and vcd for all the young people to follow. I think it will be the first one by an Indian. I do not count the books and VCDs by sundry babas and gurus as fitness literature at all.

If fitness is the target, there is lot of material available on Yoga. The postures in yoga can do magic, including increasing stamina and immunity. All without any equipment. The best part is that, yoga achieves this by lowering the heart rate without actually pumping it during the workout.

However, if the target is body building (not just fitness), hitting the gym and pumping iron is the best way
