Good advice..Leg workouts boost ur testosterone level and compliment ur overall muscle growth. Most of the people are not interseted in spending a day in Gym for leg workouts. Change ur attitude and u will see a definite change
Great advice. I agree one must have a range of exercises to choose from. That ensures exercise to all muscle groups and, for those who are not truly motivated to exercise everyday, they add variety which relieves boredom arising from sameness. I am your admirer and wish you will bring out an exercise book and vcd for all the young people to follow. I think it will be the first one by an Indian. I do not count the books and VCDs by sundry babas and gurus as fitness literature at all.

If fitness is the target, there is lot of material available on Yoga. The postures in yoga can do magic, including increasing stamina and immunity. All without any equipment. The best part is that, yoga achieves this by lowering the heart rate without actually pumping it during the workout.
