Credit Sudhaar
by Sukhvindar singh on Jul 05, 2013 11:31 AM

I had no idea my credit was bad. The guys at Credit Sudhaar analysed my report. The process took some time but my credit was restored, enhanced and protected. I have no reason for complaints.

Did you repay all your dues? if not, then it is justifed for the credit cards to be highlited on the CBIL report. even if you had repaid in full but default on the cards in the past then still it should be on the list.

CIBIL List
by Shri Kant on Feb 15, 2010 04:59 PM

Can a customer access CIBIL list to see is his/her name is there on the list, name of the reporting bank, alleged default, etc. Some banks enter the customer's name for a default in two-three months payment, but even when the entire amount is repaid, the name remains on CIBIL list. Unless I get to know if my name is there on the list, rightly or wrongly, this is a defamatory list.

Banks use CIBIL for retaining customers
by Shri Kant on Feb 15, 2010 04:55 PM  | Hide replies

Banks like ICICI do not make any effort to remove a customer's name from CIBIL even if the money has been repaid. This happened in my case.

if you default you will be on the default list for sometime... the question is there a timeline for the name to be removed from the list. If it permanent then it is bad.Time line can last as much a year or 2.
