Inspite of being hardworker most of the people doesn't get their rewards. There are lot of examples around me.In this competitive environment you need to be a smart worker rather than a hardworker.Your personality should be charasametic so that people get influence from your words.
Hi friends. I am senior Software Engineer in Praniti Infotech with 5 years experience. I work very hard and am a good performer but get less salary - 3.2 lacs/annum. Why is that I don't have success in my career in spite of working hard?

Dont ever send your resume to Bagchi's company.. .he will hire you and when market sours he will kick you without even giving your bonus...
I told like to emulate you. From your humble career begning as a clerk in a government office to be the co founder of India's leading IT company. You are amazing and your life is motivational to people like me who had humble begning and would like to be a achiver like you. Hope I'm able to do that. Atleast 5% of what you have achived.
The article is with respect to hard work. I completely agree with Mr Bagchi that there is no substitute for hard work. His message is simple, work hard and you will reach where you want. Believe in yourself and keep the faith that you will reach your target. Irrespective of the challenges you will definitely succeed.
Hard work helps... Whose? My hard work helps to make you rich. Your employees should say hard work yields/helps & then I will beleive it.
We have known you. Worked for you.
If Hard work alone helps, you would have stayed in Wipro. Isn't it? You went out because you knew Premji takes it all (85% ?). You along with other Wipro top exec went out searching for better luck. Isn't it? Engineers too search for better luck bcoz you guys wont share the profits.
The greatest R&D & innovation of an Indian IT czar is, providing evening snacks & dinner in the evening to get 4-5 extra work hours. Another invention to reduce risk to your profits is to introduce variable pays.
When you guys were in Wipro, you told engineers, "Dont look at Salary. Look at Job content", "Keep good work. Career will take its course.", "We will share profits".
Ask the engineers to know the truth.
When you all dress up to talk in meetings & interviews, can you look at yourselves mirror & into your eyes?

Your solution to capitalism greed is everyone start his own company.
Now you know why there are only handful of IT companies in India.

IT industry exists only because of Namma Kannadigas. If it were not for the bengaluru and us, he would have been working in some unknown company in Orissa.
So, express your gratitude to Namma City and its people first.

Its rather other way round had you had an iota of sense...... bangalore was pensioners paradise and is on global map today because IT moved in here and that gave employment to all kannadigas and millionaires out of every one who had land here.
Had it not been IT all of kannadigas would have been tilling land without no one to buy or else migrating to Orissa seeking jobs there.
Yes this city has come up very fast and locals co existed with migrants nicely except for few azsholes like you

U cant have anything by virtue of Right, except inheriting from ur parents.Whatever u can have only if u deserve that.Just because u and many more Namma Kannadigas don't deserve a job in IT that's why u ask for right !! Do u pay a labourer, who works in ur land, what ever he asks as his right ? certainly not.U pay whatever he worths.Just like that u "Namma Kannadigas" are good at tilling,so be at land.We respect ur effort at land.

I am from Bangalore (Bengaluru, if you like) and I welcome all Indians from any state in India to stay and work as they please. They do not have to show any special gratitude to the locals other than follow the prevailing laws of the state. Mr. Iota, as your name suggests, you have a tiny brain and hence it is no surprise that your opinions are pitiful. For heaven's sake, please let us not follow in the footsteps of "Balls" Thackeray. Stop this nonsense and enlarge your "iota" like vision.
