police doesnt have the balls
by aditya kulshrestha on Aug 03, 2010 06:21 PM  | Hide replies

Police doesnt have the balls to arrest politicians who keep making hate speeches and invoking riots or damaging public property (burning down buses etc). They also dont have the will power to stop all the religious processions that choke our streets and make the general office goer sigh in disgust at the traffic. they can only bully the powerless submissive and well educated citizens who will not thrash the policemen like the political party workers do.

Dear Aditya,
U are not knowing rules enforcement.Even in the Bihar Lalu prasad rally speech was stopped by Collector after 10pm.
For taking any religous procession u required local police station permission.
For putting ganpati mandal u required the Permission.
Only 5 times in year goverment can release rule of noise pollution beyond 10pm.

Maharshtra police are stict about the implementing the Laws.
by bubble bob on Aug 03, 2010 06:14 PM  | Hide replies

Since many of the students caught are outside of maharashtra , they donot know the local law agencies. They think they are in their states where they can bribe the police and break the law.
But when implementing law against the common people MS police are ahead.

symbosis should check the Character of the students
by bubble bob on Aug 03, 2010 05:48 PM

Symbosis is admitting students on the basis of that LR test etc.--- Smart students are passing these.
Symbosis should take emotional intelligence test of the students admitting. So that they will not face embrassment like this in future.

Only issue I can see in this is noise made in the night. That might have caused disturbance .All other things are their business.Police or government has no business in that .These days Police and government are interfering in private lifes citizens. These are grown ups they have the right and duty to take care of themselves.

rule is rule even for a fool. So Respect law of the land. Think how much they may have disturbed the neighbours. I'm not saying they should not party but they should take permission if they are playing loud music and serving alcohol. If you think serving alcohol for 500 ppl is legal then why should the restaurants get license from the government??

I totally agree with you. But police can arrest the people where liquor is served in marriage functions. They are not doing it then it is because of corruption. It is the law in india that you need to have permission in such parties.

I'm not saying its wrong to have alcohol in parties, Parties without alcohol is like d1ck without ba11s. What i'm saying is you need to do it with permission if you are arranging parties for large ppl. Why do they take permission from police while arranging parties on new year eve?? Its the law, respect the law of the land. If you see in developed countries, they respect their laws and care for their laws.
