What the message is off the solutions given here is --- Indian In Capable Law to protect Humans and his privacy , in this tech world.

I was a victim once upon a time.
I wud pick up the ph, not talk and leave it without talking..the stalker woud get fed up and disconnect.. it worked...but took 7 months.
