the problem of bussiness promotion calls are becoming a major nusance for me .they keep calling for Bank Loans,auto loans, credit cards, personal loans,new brand launching etc. the worst offenders are kotak finance,icici pru,sbi card,sbi life,reliance life and many more. since they keep changing the number ,i can not reject them also.it costs me a lot to answer since i stay out of my home town for about 8-9 months in a year. can any one suggest a remedy? i am ready to even strangle that voice if i can lay my hands on them , BSNL / MTNL/ SERVICE PROVIDERS are of NO HELP.
If the same individual (or the same number)calls you four times in a 3 month period after you have told him or her to stop calling you, this constitutes an incident of harrassment. Go to the police with that persons number and lodge a criminal complaint. Please do not use a deafening whistle or horn. This can be construed as an assault on that individual and he or she may lodge a counter complaint against you.
When technology advances.... complications increase?! Insurance and Credit Card departments etc., use it for business, while many use it for time pass. Deal with it boldly.
Prank calls are mostly from finance and Insurance companies giving unsolicited Investment and Insurance plans.
SMS I receive are mostly form socalled share market pundits asking to invest in some shares
I dont know why the Insurance regulators and SEBI is not taking any action against these parasites.Upon a complaint these prankers should be jailed for atleast a week for the 1st offence ,2 weeks for the second and so on
