Hi my husband is going to US on L1, I am eligible for L@ visa and will be applying for the same..however, My passport is expiring in 2012. Should i get my passport re-issued now or while in US i can do that? will it be a problem in getting visa?

sir i have been to the us twice first i got visa for 6 months then again 6 months and then 10 yr multiple entry but which is not expired yet it wil in june 2011 wHAT are my chances of getting visa again i havent gone once also in this 10yr multiple entry plz guide
