Very good question you have asked Mr Rahim which I was thinking to ask you myself just after reading the first few lines of your article. Imagine similar situation of a Pakistani girl wanting to marry an Indian cricketer – would your article read the same? For that matter have you ever heard of a single case of a Pakistani girl coming even close to getting friendly with an Indian celebrity – we have so many cases like Reena Roy, Zeenat Aman, Sushmita Sen and now Sania. I think Indians – Hindus, Christians as well as Muslims - are more open minded than Pakistanis. For statistics, forget about the celebrities – just check it out and compare yourself the number of Pakistani girls that get married in India every year with that of the number of Indian girls that get married in Pakistan – you will be enlightened I am sure.

Indian women are perceived by Pakistanis as easy. Imran Khan's mother once called Indian women loose. Shahid Afridi when approached by an over friendly Indian female fan had made extremely derogatory comments on Indian girls and proclaimed the superiority of Pakistani fundie Islamic culture. it is time Indian women show some arrogant dignity and stop accomodating terrorist sympathizing Pakistanis.

This used to be a tiny island fort near Konkan coast, which was ruled by islamic rulers. Marathas in their HEY DAY, when they defeated English, Portuguese Navy combined, right from Shivaji could never defeat him, resulting in the guy surviving even after the Brits left reasons ?
Every time the Marathas decided to attack them, somehow the news used to reach the Mughals who used to amass armies to the NORTH, resulting in NO WAR, after the fall of Mughals the AFGHANS used to do that, this constant threat lead to Panipat and rest is history.
The point is 1) What the Marathas were doing in those days with no means of communication, how did the news reach the Northern Friends so fast, was it corruption amongst the Marathas or was it excellent SPY work on the part of Mughals.
2) Did the Marathas thought that since Siddi was not really creating trouble, can we milk him, by ways of providing inside info on attack but not attacking in reality ?
3) Was their a nexus between MARATHA generals and Mughal generals to milk their superiors respectively and therefore MILK the siddis ?
Many options to speculate, we may never know.
When the Marathas could defeat the Potugese and capture their Bassein fort, why didnt they defeat the Siddis ?
This is exactly what is happening today with Pakistan. We may never know why India does what it does but they say history repeats itself and i see it very well repeating !!!

Love tells the last word. Both will stay at Dubai peacefully. Sania is a spirited and independent women. She could make Shoab an Indian citizen even. But I wish them best of luck.

Later on she will stand in the Lok Sabha Election from Hyderabad or some muslim dominated constuency in UP (like Azaruddin) on Congress Ticket and surely win. She then will talk helping a minority women cause ie. herself by helping her in-laws country by transferring her MP Fund to Pakinstan. After all Muslims are one whether in India or any country. Is not it?
