according to religion a muslim boy can marry a muslim girl or vice versa. nationality is not at all a problem. Almighty has created the complete universe, and we have made the political boundaries. why people think in terms of indo-pak, a muslim boy/girl from india/pak can chose a partner even from usa, europe or any other part of the world, the only condition is he/she must be a follower of islam
