Could it be that only the smokers reliased taking the test was a waste of time because they still would have to server the army. The nonsmokers , who missed the bigger picture still took the test seriously.

ah finally you found the root cause huh?? if similar studies come out stating drinking alcohol and chewing gutkha makes you even dumber than cigarette smokers and physically lazy then you would have found the root cause to all problems facing the whole of India , the holier than thou states in the South and the states in the North ? sO all is good fine now? ur more likely a phucked up indian
