crap managers
by sudhakari on Apr 06, 2010 12:08 AM

In indian IT company people are made managers not because of competence but just because he/she belongs to his/her boss's state.
And due to these crap managers attrition rate is very high in IT industry.

The last 2 years have been very painful for employees. The Employers are taking advantage of the situation and actually taking their employees for granted. I am sure more than 80% people are only looking for an opportunity to strike on their employers.

Yes, the million $ question is - Are jobs available??

In today's business world, loyalty is an obsolete and ineffective attribute of an employee.

The right word is 'Opportunism'. The employee and his employer both love it.
