India a Land of Corruption
by TreatyRan on Oct 04, 2009 07:25 PM

We are still backward in spite of over 50 years of independence. We should blame the reservations in Education and Employment sectors.
A day will come, when reservations will also be implemented in sports and games.
Already the world is laughing at us, if really reservations are implemented in sports and games then india will disappear completely from the world map.
India is a land of opportunities for inefficient candidates, who are not self confident about themselves and who get seats in engineering colleges and jobs in government sectors only using caste basis.
It is a land of corruption

India Moving Backward Not Forward

In a Country where reservation is based on caste canot be called a forward society. In a country where money & corruption rules above love for the nation cannot be called progressive forward society..

India is actually disintegrating into small islands of caste / religion / vote bank / minority / majority etc...

There is no clear vision for the country except reservation & vote bank...

there is no question of getting a seat here or there. But it is true that after 68 yrs of independecne our congress govt. is not able to uplift the dalit samaj then they may take another two cebntury to do that and will say that the resevation is still required. This lot now know that they are going to win w/o doing any thing hence the standard of education is also low. This is basic human tendency to seat idle when one is getting the things w/o mehanat.

You are simply diverting the attention.
hope You might be from a backward class
Ofcourse it is the reservation, which is a big hurdle for merit based candidates, no doubt about that.
In my view, only people who don't have self confidence will go for dirty reservations.
Every one has to come up in their life purely on merit based only, not on caste based.everyone are equal in the eyes of god.Remove the Total Reservations , we will be really progressing well.
Lastly only merit in the Education and Employment sectors can make India a super power.

common guys,....just saying and murmuring against reservation doesn't solve the problems faced day in and day out.....lets get the dirty politics out(why cant you talk about payment seats everywhere), then where is the value for talent.....grow up guys, its only you who can change you world , not the reservation....if you are not capable enough to change your own world, then who else will change your world.....

Come out of cocoon of whining and complaining. Do your part. There are flaws in society but to just sit and complain is not fair.

India is progressing very fast but all 1.2 billion people cannot grow same time,
First thing is people should not depend on government on everything to do something for them, they should find the way of success them self.

Bottoms up!

The young are disillusioned & cynical about our political system. But soon the drops will be a torrent & new dawn will break!

We were idealistic when we became free sixty years ago. The leaders were held high but decadency took over as the majority were busy with their lives. It is like fake gurus who take advantage of the gullible. Soon the gold gave way to copper! That is still holding sway! But the young have seen it all! How only hard work, dedication & sincerity will solve our problems. We all know where & with whom goodness & hope lie but to overhaul the whole structure & mindset are no mean tasks.

Yes, the mad scramble to get aboard on a materialistic boat is taking a back seat. It is like one is given a choice - great riches but no happiness or happiness without riches! Many just wanted the former but it has led to an empty life overseas! It hurts where it matters, the conscience, a life of self-indulgence!

What a fresh breath these young are able to follow through with their ideals! That sets us apart from others, where they lose hope & seek heaven even by killing the innocents!

Whatever motivates them, these young will be blessed by at least their forefathers who can live vicariously their lives again through their offsprings! Even the mighty Bill Gates is at it! Let our own well-endowed follow these younger brothers and sisters & put their considerble wealth & capabilities for serving the down-trodden & realise God, here & now!
