You are right in a way and I am happy you are doing what you are doing.
But, just like all other feedstocks, the Rice husks or whatever else that is cheap today will become a commodity and will be expensive as the demand grows for it. So realistically, research should be focused on growing something that grows faster than a typical plant (whether it is rice or wheat or a tree) than we will stand a chance to curb Green House Gases. That's why people are so interested in growing Algae for fuel (which can double in it's mass every few hours).
